Cooltree is an ESG real estate consultancy advising owners, managers, banks, housing associations and developers across Europe. We plan and execute ESG strategy from within your organisation, then monitor and improve it with data.
The team
Ten people, more than twenty clients.
Today Cooltree’s 10-strong team provides expert insights to more than 20 impactful clients. Using a combination of human insight and technology, we help clients break tradition: set sustainable investment strategies, then implement and monitor them.
As we focus on net zero and a sustainable future, our mastery of sustainable real assets combined with relentless client focus continues to set the tone for real estate management.

From 2017 to today.
2017
A consultancy is founded
Cooltree starts advising Dutch real estate companies, working alongside their teams. Founder Luc van de Boom came from GRESB, with a head start in understanding what investors face.

Clients recognised something more was needed: a way to make sense of the volume of ESG data they were collecting.
